El Centro de la Familia
The El Centro de la Familia program is a program of the Kitsap County Health District. The program is currently transitioning out of Health District supervision and a transition task force for the El Centro program is now working out all of the details.
Services Provided: All El Centro services are provided in Spanish and include help with WIC and DSHS applications, public health nurse appointments, assistance with rental and job applications, domestic violence services, and referrals to many other social service organizations in our community.
Hours of Operation: Mondays 9am to 4pm and Tuesdays 1pm to 4pm
Location: The El Centro de la Familia Program is currently housed at the Seaside Church which is adjacent to the Evergreen Park in Bremerton. The address is 1317 Sheldon Blvd; Bremerton, WA 98337.
