 Our Center

Our Center is located in East Bremerton, across the highway from Walmart at the bottom of the hill in the "Hub" at the Hillcrest Assembly Church.  Our address is 6750 State Hwy 303 NE; Bremerton, WA  98311. 

Our Center is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from noon to 4pm.

Our Services

At the Kitsap Immigrant Assistance Center we offer all manner of help and assistance to immigrants.  Among the services we provide: English as a Second Language classes, DSHS intake (in Spanish), medical referrals, legal referrals, health and nutrition classes provided in Spanish, a free meal each day that our Center is open, cultural awareness information and presentations to community groups, immigrant advocacy, YWCA domestic violence counselors.  If you don't see the type of assistance you need on this list, just ask!

Our Programs

We offer a variety of programs in conjunction with our Center:

  • Zumba class is held at the Hillcrest Church on Thursdays at 6pm

  • The Mesa Redonda de Kitsap meeting is held on the second Wednesday of each month at 8:30am at the Norm Dicks Building (4th floor WSU classroom) in downtown Bremerton.  All social-service agency reps and others are welcome to attend.

How You Can Help Us

As with any non-profit, we can always use help from our community!  We can always use financial donations as this is the easiest way for us to buy the items we need for our clients.  Donations of clothes, non-perishable foods, and gift cards which can be given to clients in need are also greatly appreciated.  If you are interested in volunteering with our organization, please call us at 360-440-2376 for more information.

The Kitsap Immigrant Assistance Center is a 501(c)(3) non profit which was founded in Bremerton, WA in 2004.

Our mission is to support a welcoming multi-cultural society in Kitsap County by assisting immigrants in becoming productive, contributing members of our community.
